I tried Petropics Tiki Cat canned food on a whim. I was buying my usual brand and this food caught my eye. I saw the interesting flavors available and decided to pick up a few cans in addition to my regular brand. I opened up a can when I got home to see if my finicky bunch would show any interest and was completely shocked by the response I got! I had to open a can for each of my furbabies! They loved every flavor I bought! I don't buy this as their usual wet food. I buy it as a treat and offer it to them several times a week and as their meal on any holiday. It's a little pricey for me because in addition to my clan I always have rescues, fosters, and ferals to feed or it would be their everyday food because they love it so much! It's great for finicky eaters. When they see the can they start meowing because they know the difference between this and their regular food. Quality of Ingredients Very high quality ingredients. This actually looks like fish, shrimp,etc. Flavor Selection They offer a wonderful array of flavors and my cats love them all.

Both of my cats love this cat food. I feed them many different brands of canned cat food, but Tiki Cat is their absolute favorite. While they are on the pricier end of canned cat food, the price is not beyond what I believe is reasonable for the quality you receive. My only complaint is that more pet stores do not offer this wonderful brand! Quality of Ingredients This is the top selling point for me. Many canned cat foods have a lot of junk, filler ingredients, but that is not the case with Tiki Cat. Even the smell is different than other cat foods - the ingredients actually smell as they should. The fishy flavors actually smell like real fish, instead of just like "cat food" like most brands do. Flavor Selection I'm not sure that my cats are about the variety in flavor selection, but I do like to mix it up for them, and Tiki cat has more than enough variety to choose from. My cats like all of the flavors they offer (and they have tried them all).

These little cans of Tiki Cat food are high in protein. Company uses human grade ingredients for their products. They come in many seafood flavors that entice my feline companions. The cans are offered in small and larger sizes. Although a bit pricey for a can, it's an indulgence and my furbabies are worth it. Only drawback is the availability. Most stores do not carry this line so online ordering is the way to go. Quality of Ingredients The ingredients in the Tiki line use quality ingredients that are beneficial to the health and well being of our feline friends. High protein that satisfies your cats appetite. Flavor Selection Flavors include: ahi tuna, mackerel, sardines, salmon, shrimp, crab and combinations of different fish medleys. Tiki offers a chicken variety as well. My cats love them. When I open up a can, one of my cats immediately wants to jump on the counter because he smells the aroma of fish. Bad kitty! Who can blame him he is a fishaholic.

I found this by accident on a site where it got rave reviews. I then searched and found a great priced site to buy in on and tried it out. My cat loves the Sardine Cutlets in Lobster Connsume version!  They have interesting varieties of sardine, crab, tuna etc and I personally love the randing too lol. Very cute! I give my cat one on alternating days since he is a male so I always watch giving fish too much , to avoid the stones/crystals factor, but when he has it he enjoys it. If your cat enjoys fish and loves cat food with lots of jelly factor, as mine always have, then definitely try this one out. Its high quality in its simplicity of ingredients factor and being made of whole seafood.

As with most people, our pets are just a much of a part of the family as the rest of us. We've been buying more canned food than we had in the past of late because our oldest cat has become a bit pickier of an eater to go along with the sensitive stomach he's always had. Our cats, in general, like regular canned food just fine - Natural Balance, etc. However, the woman at our local pet store recommended giving the Tiki Cat a try, and it had been a huge success. All of the cats go nuts for it. Because of the price being a little higher, we rotate the Tiki Cat in with other brands, but the reaction is one of unbridled joy when it's Tiki Cat day. What I like about it is that you can actually TELL what the meat is, as opposed to an non-descript compressed glob of meat....pate. I wouldn't go so far as to say it looks appetizing, but when it says it's Ahi, it sure looks/smells like it's Ahi.  If you have a fussy eater, or just want to spoil your cats, this stuff is the way to go.

Tiki Cat has changed the way my cats eat. I have three cats. One of them is a feral rescue, one is a kitten, and the other one is deaf. The deaf cat is very fussy about food and she prefers wet to dry (which is healthier anyway). I like to switch up the food my cats eat so they don't get bored. One day, while browsing the K9Cuisine website, I discovered Tiki Cat and it had rave reviews. I ordered a twelve can case right away. My cats are crazy for this food, and it's not hard to see why. With a variety of flavors, the food isn't the same thing over and over again, and the flavors are impeccable. When I open the can, I can actually see the large chunks of fish, and the scent makes my cats come running from all corners of the house! A favorite for my cats is the sardine cutlets, and another is mackeral and sardines with calamari consomme. It isn't hard to see this is a quality food, with all of the fish coming from a human grade factory where it is cut and filleted by hand. The fish is from the South Pacific for the lowest mercury and pollutant levels, too!

Petropics' Tiki Cat food is the only fish flavored cat food that my cats are even allowed to eat.  Opening a can of Tiki cat food is such a different experience.  It never smells overbearingly fishy, Its recognizable as fish based, but it smells are much less "catfish bait" sort of fishy.  The only flavor that is consistently refused is the sardine flavors.  I haven't seen a cat yet that will eat that particular flavor.

Tiki cat canned cat food was my savior when I switched my cats over to an all wet food diet.  Having them on an all wet food diet is what both my local pet store and my vet advocate. One of my cats is super picky and for a while it was the only wet food he'd eat.  It is hands down both of my cats' favorite food.  The benefits of an all wet food diet have been apparent, they've both lost a little weight, their coats are softer, and they are better hydrated. The cat food comes in a variety of flavors, mostly tuna based, and except of two chicken varieties, they are all made from some kind of seafood.  The drawbacks are, it is some of the most expensive cat food out there and its hard to find.  But it is totally worth it, if you have a difficult cat you want to eat wet food.  And now that I have the wet food door open, I have been able to slowly introduce a variety of wet food to my picky little furry pal.
