Petmate Deluxe Edition Wire Kennel Reviews

I was given this kennel to use with an older dog that I am fostering for a rescue agency. It was given to me by a customer at my place of business. His dog, a younger, spirited Pyrenees mix, had apparently been able to escape the kennel. The owner said the dog had "destroyed" the door, but in fact it was only very slightly bent and so I thought it would work well for me. The dog in question for me is a gentle, older lab who I did not think had a problem with kennels.

We have the Petmate Deluxe Edition Wire Kennel. We purchased for our Lab. She fits in it well enough, however the sides don't secure and she is able to escape if she pushs on the sides. Had to have husband clamp down in order to secure. Wouldn't purchase again.
