My local butcher (Geppherth's Market) who I trust on all matters related to meat, recommended Peter's Gourmet Marinade to me several years ago. It is hard to find, in Chicago at Treasure Island grocery store and at Gepperth's. (See this link for other places to buy in your local area) http://www.petersgourmet.com/business/distributors.html
Since they recommended this marinade I have used probably 20 bottles of it and EVERY time I use it and have guest over they rave about how good it is. Tonight, for father's day I made four New York Strip's on the grill and again, my sister in law remarked...
