Fabulous steak with live jazz

Came here for Father's Day dinner - was seated promptly and next to the stage which had me excited until I rememberd that live jazz is every night EXCEPT Sunday night. The calamari was really good with a pretty decently sized portion (they also serve their calamari buffalo style). (they use some kind of oil that doesn't make it taste greasy at all)

Their steaks were a bit on the rare side but definately delish - their garlic mashed potatoes were an absolute treat. I got their grilled salmon which was good enough. Topped it all off with some Santa Margharita Pinot Grigio and satisfied Father's...

Pete Miller in Evanston, or Wheeling has great steaks and fish. They also have live jazz on thursdays-sundays. Sit in the bar or the comfortable dining rooms. The service is attentive and great.
