The Deluxe Little Dog Bark Collar by Petsafe is the WORST purchase I've made to date and their customer service is one of the worst I've ever dealt with.   Not only did the product named for a 'little dog' even work for my 'little dog' but then the Petsafe customer service wouldn't even stand behind their product and exchange it for a different bark control device.  The collar itself is made from a terribly stiff plastic, with a bulky snap, but unless your dog's neck is perfectly round, this will not stay in place.  It was always twisting to the side, which made it completely ineffective.  The shocking device is quite bulky and hard, which seemed like it'd be a good idea, but my dog is 'little' and it seemed to weigh her neck down.  It may have shocked my little dog once and ONLY because I was holding the collar in place when she barked.  That shock burnt her neck and left sores. Don't waste your money.
