My Shih Tzu always goes to Petsmart for all his needs. I go to PetSmart Virginia Beach once a month for his bath & grooming. The staff is very friendly and remember my dogs name and give report card of behavior during his stay. Petshotel is very clean and offer alot of extra's for a reasonable price. Even when we go cross country he stays at Pets Hotel when every he cannot come with us to the hotel or theme park.
