Pet Select Love Glove Pet Grooming Mitt Review

Our dog is short haired but still sheds quite a bit.  He has white fur and we have a chocolate brown couch and love seat which does not make for a great combination.  It is necessary for our dog to be groomed regularly as well as our furniture.  We needed a tool that was gentle enough for my dog and for my furniture.  We found the Pet Select Love Glove Pet Grooming Mitt for $9.99.

My Experience

Luckily, my husband and I are both right handed because that is the only hand this glove will fit.  It is really easy to put on and doesn't look like some scary contraption that our dog is afraid of.  All that we have to do to use this glove is pet our dog.  He enjoys it and we are getting rid of all that excess fur.  The glove doesn't seem to hold too much fur so during grooming, it is necessary to remove the fur off the glove and discard it before continuing.  It does work but I'm not quite sure it is worth $9.99.   I have used it on our furniture as well and it removes a little bit of fur but it is still necessary to vacuum it on a regular basis.

My Final Viewpoint

The Pet Select Love Glove Pet Grooming Mitt is effective and easy to use.  I recommend it to those that have short haired dogs or cats only. It would take much too long to complete the process on larger dogs with a lot of fur.  This is pretty much your average grooming glove and therefore I am giving this product a 3 star rating.
