I think a pet rabbit can be a bit of a pain sometimes because of all the care and attention they need. moos rabbits dont liked to be picked up and therefore it can be hard to plsy with them, but if you try to get your pet rabbit used to you when its a bunny then you will be able to pick it up with it... read full review »

A lot of people would say bunnies don't make good pets. I disagree! They are easily litter box trained, though you must use ground corn cobs for litter. They purr just like cats when they are happy. They are very smart and be trained to walk on a leash and can be taught tricks. I have owned many bunnies and have never been disappointed. If you do not have a lot of time, DO NOT get a long haired bunny as they need lots of grooming.

I have a pet rabbit, she is black and white with floppy ears, so cute! Her name is Ginny and she is as sweet as can be when I got her she was a rescue and I was told that she didn't like to be handled or anything but I soon found out that was the opposite of what she was, she loves attention and knows when it's feeding time and will wait by the door of her cage for me. She is my second rabbit my first was a mini but she was older when I got her so I only had her for about 3 years before she passed she was just as sweet as Ginny is here name was Pfeifer. Ginny was over a year old when I got her... read full review »

I've owned rabbits for 11-12 years now.  I've raised mine from bunnies to adults.  The oldest one we had was Gracie.  I still miss her.  She lived to be almost 5 yrs old. We now have 2, Pearl (3 years old) and Sophe (10 months old).  depending on the  breed, some are easier to handle, carefor and raise then others. We are currently raising Rex breed but Sophe is mixed with Flemish Giant/Rex.  She's turning out to be much larger than Pearl who's all Rex.  They can eat a lot unless you put them on a feeding schedule, can be trained to use a littre box with cat litter (non clumping kind)-mine... read full review »

I myself have 5 wonderful rabbits living with me and they all come out of thier cages to play every day! I have 2 Miniatures, 2 mini lops & 1 dwarf. I love them so very much!! when they come out of thier cages - they either go back in to use the litter in the corner of their cages or use a kitty litter box that i have for them. If you never take them out of the cage - surely they wont ever like to be handeled!! but unlike mine - they absolutely adore it! they would rather be in my arms as well as my kids arms then be alone in thier cages! If you have patience for them - i truly recommend them to... read full review »

Rabbits are great indoor pets and can be litter trained however they do chew on everything. and can be destructive so they need to be caged when not suppervised.
