Pet Edge Review

I am a pet owner and animal rescue volunteer, so I have a large need for pet products.  I look forward to the Pet Edge catalog. They have a good selection of many items.  I have ordered many things from them and have always been satisfied with my order.

The one mishap was in ordering a "kitty condo".  The wheels did not arrive with the condo. When I called I had to clarify that they were part of the order, but then the customer service representative apologized and shipped them that day.

Probably my only complaint about Pet Edge woud be their shipping costs. There have been a few times I have looked elsewhere because of the shipping cost.  As a member of a non-profit rescue group that has ordered numerous times from Pet Edge, it's disappointing that they will not give us a break/discount on shipping. Otherwise, this is a good company and I have recommended Pet Edge to many friends, fellow rescuers and adopters.
