Monogramming is incorrect, Poor customer service for problems

Buyer beware: I used their "preview the product" button beforehand, and bought several bags. However, when the bags arrived, the "T" looked like a "C" and the "J" looked like an "F". They asked me to send photos, which I did. They then said that this was just the way their monogramming looked.... they didn't offer any refunds. I emailed them to ask them to change their "preview the product" photos so that others can see the actual results.
