I used to be a very loyal customer of Personal Creations, but they have lost my business.  I placed an order, which they messed up so very badly, offered nothing more than several insincere apologies, refused to allow me to speak with a manager, and did not hear a single word I had said regarding most of my concerns.  Many other online and catalog companies offer similar products and services as Personal Creations.  Do yourself a favor and don't order from them. … read full review »
