I had seen the commercial like everyone else so I decided to purchase the Perfect Push up and I have to say that they work very well. They really do work all sorts of muscle groups. If you are a women or someone that can't do a lot of push ups don't worry because you can do them on your knees and it still works your arms out very well and you will be able to build up your strength so that you can do the push ups like normal. It also comes with with a work out sheet so that you can see how the works out are done and how to position your perfect push up so that you can work different parts of your upper body. I would totally recommend this product.
