This grill is great for about the first year.  After that it turns into a completely useless hunk of rust.  The burners have all rusted out on my grill and I'm lucky if I used it 20 times.  I am hearing that customer support is lousy, I guess I'll find out soon enough.  I just need to find my proof of purchase.   Argh.....
