The room was a large spa room. Much bigger than most. It had a beutiful hot tub. Because the room was at the end of the building we had windows that surrounded and the view was incredible. The ONLY problem I had with the room was that there could have been a couple of extra pillows. Although I'm sure if we had asked they would have been provided. We went to the coffee shop for a late night snack/breakfast and were amazed at how big the portions were. The pool area is under renovation (we weren't there to swim) and it looks like it will be quite the attraction when finished. The staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they took care of our luggage (and a secret flower delivery)at the bell desk until the room was ready, then all was delivered promptly. We don't live far from Reno yet if we do go down again for another weekend we will look at staying at the Peppermill first.

Nightlife: In Hotel, This hotel is NOT near the main downtown area of Reno. Not a bad thing. The hotel has shopping nearby (we walked to Walgreens to get gift wrap) and another big casino (Atlantis) across the street. GREAT place to stay for Hot August Nights in the fall. You are in the middle of all of the events!
