While the rooms were newly redecorated and nice the hotel itself had several issues. The first issue was that the handicapped accessible rooms required that you either climbed up and down twelve stairs or that you took an elevator to the parking lot, went across the lot outside and then up and down four steps. There was absolutely no way to access the room without steps unless you circled the entire hotel on the street to get to the front door. The second issue was that during the entire stay the casino was suffering from a computer error. It happens I know but in this case, the employees were very little help and in some cases down right rude about it. As a whole the hotel planned porrly in how to resolve the issue with minimal disruption tot he customers. It our case we got so fed up with be rudely treated when requesting help that we ended up leaving and going to a nearby hotel.

Recreational Attactions: Long Walk, The fabulous Atlantis Casino is right down the street. They have wonderful nightlife/restaurants/casino. There is also a restaurant row outside the Atlantis with lots of very nice places to eat.
