I discovered the Pepperidge Farm Dark Chocolate Drenched Milano cookies a few years ago at my local Target store. I do enjoy the regular Milano cookies, which have a ribbon of dark chocolate between two sugar cookies, but the dark chocolate drenched cookies are several notches better.

During the end of the year holidays, Pepperidge Farms produces the Milano cookies drenched in dark chocolate. The 4.3 ounce box of cookies are not cheap--you get just seven cookies in a box that retails for $3.99.

Yes, that's right. Four dollars for seven cookies.

So I consider this limited edition cookie...

I have to agree with the other reviews - these chocolate drenched Milano cookies are to die for. I really do not care about the cost or limited number of cookies in the box -I by more boxes. I wish Pepperide Farms would consider keeping these cookies on the market year round. They are great!!! I was so disappointed when I could not find them any more after January this year. I plan to stock up heavily on them around Christmas time for the next 10 months.
