Pepperidge Farm - 100 Calorie Chocolate Chunk Cookies —

After my adverse experience with Hostess 100 Calorie Cupcakes the other day, I was afraid to try again but I'm glad I did ... Pepperidge Farm 100 Calorie Chocolate Chunk Cookies are delicious, tasting very much like their famous regular Chocolate Chunk Cookies.  I was especially pleased with the rich fudgy chocolate pieces.  The $3 box contained five pouches of about ten nickel-sized cookies each.  I consider this to be a little on the expensive side but not enough to make me end up feeling like a chump and the nutritional information was easy to take too.

STATS:

The contents of each pouch is considered to be a single serving which contains 100 calories with only 30 calories from fat.  There are three and a half grams total fat, two grams saturated fat, zero grams trans fat, 10 mg. cholesterol, 55 mg. sodium, 15 grams total carbs, less than one gram dietary fiber, nine grams sugars, one gram protein, and 2% (D.V.) Iron.

TASTE TIP:

Pepperidge Farm 100 Calorie Chocolate Chunk Cookies are conveniently packaged and could be easily carried to the office for desserts or mid-afternoon snacks.  Their adorable size would make them perfect for a child's tea party.  Although traditionally cookies are meant to go with milk, I preferred to have mine with a nice cup of Gevalia coffee.

How are you doing, Angel? I was at someone's birthday bash (just a small party) and didn't get online until just a while ago. Hope you had a nice weekend. The weather is beautiful here.

This is a very nice review Anna! I have tried these and "YES" these are simply delicious. Tiny too. However, they are so nicely packaged and sized, so perfect for a take along snack. Great for those bagged lunches too. Whether for the school kids, office or just a snack on the run these are so handy & oh so good! Have a good week Anna. ~Angel~

I'm surprised you manage to get any cookies at ALL in your house. You must be one of the most slender people out there.

yummy yummy, would be heading to my box of cookies right now if I didn't have so much work too do. :-) Instead I am enjoying all my friends reviews, shouldn't add to my guilt with a box of cookies too :-)
