I have been taking Pepcid Complete for several years now. I choose Pepcid Complete as you can take it before heartburn starts if you know a meal or drink will cause heartburn or after heartburn has already struck. I never know which meal may give me heartburn. Sometimes Italian food does, sometimes it doesn't sometimes Indian does, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I get it from drinking too much Diet Coke or coffee. Sometimes I get it for no apparent reason. So basically I just keep Pepcid Complete on hand to take when I need it.
The first time I took Pepcid Complete was at work. I don't even remember what I had eaten but I was in extreme pain. I had taken a few Tums that didn't help at all. I took a few more Tums and it still didn't help. So I left work and bought a bottle of Pepcid Complete. I popped that bottle right open in the middle of the store and started munching on one tablet right away. By the time I had paid and got back out to my car and headed back to work, I had already started to feel better.
From that day on, Pepcid Complete is the one product I always keep on hand at home, in my desk drawer at work, in my purse, and in my travel toiletries bag. When the pain of heartburn strikes, I never want to be far from a Pepcid. It works for me.
The only issue I have with Pepcid Complete is the size of the bottle. The bottle is easily three times larger than it needs to be. It contains only 25 tablets so there is tons of room leftover in the bottle and it's a pain to carry around in a purse or bag when it takes up more space than is necessary.
