Unit is unsafe, the switch got on fire.

Pelonis WM-HO202C Oil Filled Radiator Heater — 

This unit worked quite well for about 4 months, then one Saturday the switch actually caught on fire.
Luckily my wife was home and in was during the daytime. I will be looking at the best safety features
on my next space heater.
