My Pella window frames have totally rotted due to water intrusion from the exterior of the window frame. The design of the frame around the glass seems to allow water to enter and as a result, the bottom of both sashes has completely rotted. Now I am left to replace the sashes. I would love to replace with another manufacturer but I have no options as the frame is Pella and I have to replace the sashes with Pella. UGH! Never again will I purchase Pella products.
