The Pelican Grand Beach Resort was an exceptional hotel. We were upgraded to an oceanfront suite at no additional expense. The rooms were extremely clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the view of the ocean was perfect! The staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The restaurant fare was totally acceptable. The $12 a day valet parking fee was well worth the price. You call for your car from your room and by the time you get downstairs your car is waiting. The hotel is only a 10 minute drive from Las Olas Blvd. and is the only hotel we could find that was actually ON the beach and not across the road! We definitely plan to go back.

Shopping: Short Drive, The famous Las Olas Blvd. and Riverwalk both known for their shopping and dining as well a nightlife is about 10 minutes away.
