Lightweight with side impact protection

This is our first child and first car seat. We chose Peg Perego because of the lightweight-ness of it and the side impact protection feature. We know it's a little pricier than other brands but our friends and family members who have previously used Peg Perego have nothing but good things to say about it. Another reason why we chose the Peg Perego brand is because it was important to us to have a lightweight stroller and the Aria was the perfect size/weight for us.
