The customer service we receive from long-time Pearle staffers, Lynn, Matt and Pam, is exceptional in its attentiveness, friendliness, professionalism and expertise. And that service goes beyond the initial purchase. They are always happy to clean our glasses, replace a screw or make a quick repair or adjustment— usually quickly and free of charge.
