Rented a car in Tampa, FL for 4 days in Nov 07 at Payless. We waited over a half hour in line. There were 2 people ahead of us, only 1 person was taking the reservations, other people were working but seemed to just keep wandering around and then dissapear. — — The person ahead of us said to the employee, "Look, I said I didn't want the extra insurance. There are people waiting, I don't need the sales pitch." The employee then yelled, "This is a full disclosure rental company. I can put you back on the shuttle!"
