Payless Car Rental —
Rented from Payless at Orlando airport over Thanksgiving holiday. A shuttle bus was waiting when I got to the curb, and it took me to the rental facility promptly, even though I was the only passenger. However, a very long line waited for me when I arrived. It took at least 20 minutes to get to the counter. The person at the counter was pleasant and offered a larger car at the same price.Once I found the car, I realized it had a ding in the passenger door, which was not marked on the form I signed. There was no one in the gate at the exit, so I had to go back to the counter to make sure the ding was recorded on the sheet before I left the lot.
The car worked out great and I had no problems during the five-day rental. The return was quick and easy, and no unexpected charges showed up on the receipt.
