Payless Car Rental Review

I recently reserved a car from Payless in Orlando and the price was right.  Much to my dismay, when the Payless shuttle bus dropped my wife and I off at the Payless rental office, there was this extremely long line of people waiting to rent cars.  The people in line were complaining about the long waits and people who just received their cars were saying that they had to wait over an hour and would never rent from Payless again.  I had no choice but to wait for my reserved car and it was 1 hour and 10 minutes before I got to the counter and was helped by an agent.  The agent handled the rental process well and I got my car.  Unfortunately, the car had a few dings which were noted in my agreement and the inside of the car was pretty dirty.  The gas tank was full and the car ran fine but the whole Payless operation was pretty low class, not enough agents were provided to handle the large amount of customers and many of the Payless personel were unprofessional looking.  Bottom line is the price was right but the wait times were ridiculous and for dirty cars.  I do not plan on renting from Payless again.
