    offer little guarantees, be very wary, Not as secure as one would expect, disreputable, Can Be Risky To Use, customer service lacking

Pay Pal Online — 

I used PAYPAL for some of my EBay purchases. After several purchases I notices unathorized activity that was traced back to PayPal.
I cancelled my account with E-Bay & PayPal and all illigal activity stopped.
Let the buyer beware....
