a active saver, an online bill-payer, Ebay buyer and seller, thrifty, a bargain hunter

    Fast, easy and convenient

Cons
    be very wary, POOR SELLER PROTECTION, disreputable, offer little guarantees, Delay when transfering funds, Can Be Risky To Use, Deduct moneywithout authorization, Fees for Business account, hard to figure out fees, customer service lacking

Pay Pal Online — 

They do offer an easy way to transfer money, but have HORRIBLE seller protection. There is no protection to the seller as they trust the buyer over the seller no matter what.
