Pay Pal Online Review

Paypal can be fast easy and very convenient to use.  In fact if you're a buyer or seller on ebay you almost have to use them. But if you do use them just be prepared to be burned because it will happen sooner or later.  Their customer service if you have a problem is awful!  All the answers to your emails are automated and their customer service phone number is very hard to find on their website.  Chargebacks can take months to be solved and their buyer seller protection is a joke!  Believe me if they can find a loophole out of taking any responsibility they will.  I've only had problems with them twice but both times took months to be resolved which is way too long.  So when it's good it's good but when it's bad then lookout!
