I have used Paxil for several years now with no ill effects. A senior citizen, I still work part-time, volunteer a lot, am active in my church, babysit my grandchildren, and belong to several community organizations. When I don't take Paxil, after awhile I start feeling irritable and get upset and anxious about simple things and get stressed out easily. I also have Fibromyalgia which chalenges me a lot!!! Paxil keeps me on an even keel..
