Losing your beloved pet is always hard but this pet crematory is an exceptional facility. When my dog suddenly died, I called them and got the owner herself. She was compassionate and caring, called my dog by name and walked my through the process. Though it was a Sunday morning, she met me at her facility, hugged my when I arrived and asked if I needed more time to say goodbye to my beloved companion before taking back. There was never any pressure to purchase any additional products such as urns or memorials and no hidden fees. The facility was incredibly clean and bright, full of pictures of animals with comfortable chairs and sofas. The fees are reasonable and the company will even come pick up your pet if you need them to. They are located in the Metro Atlanta area.
