Paula's Choice Skin Care Review

Paula Begoun is absolutely FANTASTIC! I can't say enough about her, and what she does for people, and their skin, and their hair! Whatever I say here can't do her justice! Everyone should read her books, and check out her website - www.cosmeticscop.com, and learn from her. She gives great, honest, trustworthy, extremely helpful reviews on pretty much all the beauty, and skin care, and hair care products that are out there - and there are so many, it's mind-boggling! However, there are only a handful of companies out there, and most of them own several lines of cosmetics. And, they're always changing their products, making them "better". If they were so great to begin with, why do they have to be improved, and why do they have to have so many items, that are supposedly different, but are very often the same? Because of the almighty dollar, that's all! And, it's all done through marketing, not truly great products that do what they say, just marketing hype! Or, really, it's marketing lies! Because of Paula, her staff, and their endless, stressful hard work, I have learned just how much the beauty companies lie to us about pretty much everything! They might say a product is good for oily skin, but it will have oil in it, and vice versa for products for dry skin! And, those lines of shampoos that have a shampoo for dry hair, and oily hair, and permed hair, and colored hair, and curly hair, and blond hair, and brunette hair, etc., etc., etc....they are all the same! Shampoo doesn't know what color hair is!!! Or, if it's been colored!!!

The best thing to do is read her books first. Yes, they're huge, but you don't actually read every single word, just the first couple of chapters, and then you can read about the products that you use and/or are interested in. Also, make sure to get the latest edition of each one, and she's got a new one coming out in January. Once you have read them, you will understand the things she says on her website much better. Then, once you have educated yourself, you can check out her website, and definitely subscribe to her free newsletter. I have received her newsletters for years, including the very detailed one that costs $12.95 a year, and is SOOOO worth it. But, next year they are going to put ALL of Paula's review online, also for a fee, but again, SOOOO worth it! I cannot wait!

So, definitely check Paula out, both her books and website! She's made a HUGE difference in my skin, I get compliments all the time, and people always think I'm MANY years younger than I am, and my budget too (she rates products on their ingredients, quality and results, and lets you know about the price too)! I'm sure you will love her and all that she and her staff do, as much as I do! This isn't just for women either, the info she gives on skin care applies to everyone, and men should take care of themselves too! And, don't forget your sunscreen!
