My husband and I don't go to the movies often but, when we do, we expect to get our money's worth in entertainment. We saw the previews for Paul Blurt: Mall Cop starring Kevin James (King of Queens and Hitch). They were really funny and we were in the mood for something lighthearted and humorous. We...

You may hate yourself a bit, but will find it difficult to resist liking Paul Blart; Mall Cop.  And I say this as someone who does know better.  I don't like Adam Sandler movies and I really find most overly manipulative gimmick movies deplorable.  This one features a never-ending barrage of 'fat'...

The movie "Paul Blart Mall Cop" was a good view. Not a laugh through the entire movie type comedy, but it did have its moments.

I enjoyed the story line! Man has a dream to be a State Trooper, but has a problem with his blood sugar, so becomes a mall cop. Hated how people had to make fun of him and not take him seriously but that was necessary to make the movie.

Loved how he took charge when the girl he was after was taken hostage by a team of thugs, one he trained. His daughter eventually is held hostage also. Loved how he came out on top and got the girl.

Was a little slow at times and didn't...

Paul Blart is a cop working in a local mall as a security guard. Despite not being able to become an actual police officer, he does take his job too seriously. However, not when things get messy. When a group of bandits attempt to take over the mall, Paul Blart stays behind to take them down.

Not to mention, the girl he secretly loves is being held hostage...

In this comedy classic, you get to enjoy what life would be if you weren't quite the cream of the crop, but had the determination to get what you really want in life as your goals. This movie follows an average, okay maybe not completely, but average american who just isn't as hip, and up to speed as the rest of us. This movie has a little bit of action and almost suspensefull, but most of all this comedy was really funny. There's plenty of storyline, it's not just some stupid comedy where you are laughing at how stupid and completely ridiculous it is, but actually laughing because the actors...

Paul Blart Mall cop which was just released in theatres this weekend is a movie you should go see.  I thought from the trailers that this would be one of those "stupid" humor movies, I went to see it because my children wanted to go.  I was plesantly suprised that it was actually pretty funny. My favorite was the scene in Victoria Secrets.  A scene not given away in the trailers but exceptionally funny.  Several people laughing out loud in the audience.  This movie can be enjoyed by all children though adults. It is a definite must see.

When I first heard about the movie, Paul Blart: Mall Cop, I was like -"it looks funny" I gotta go see that. Well, I finally did and it ended up being not only funny, but actually had a decent story line to go along with it. It had substance, which alot of funny movies these days do not. It really wouldn't be so bad if they made a second.
