We bought the Pasquini used off of craigslist from an older couple who used it everyday.  They took fantastic care of it and we are doing the same hoping to get a lot of years out of this machine.  We're coming up on a year and we love it.  It steams milk very quickly compared to other home machines we've used and pulls excellent shots with great crema.  The grinder is high quality and having a doser is so handy.  Also, the base has a hidden knockbox which is a great feature as well.  The only thing I don't like about it is the size.  We have the one shown in the pic that has the base and the grinder.  The base and the grinder are both great to have, but I have a small kitchen and wish I could make it all a little smaller!
