I have to start by saying I am a huge candles fan. I burn candles any day that it is colder than 60 degrees out. I love the way it makes my house feel, and smell.  I found the best candles.

My favorite candles are Partylite. They totally liquify when they burn, they do not burn hot, and have no lead in the wicks. So, they are safer for families. I like that since I am a mother. I also like that they are very aromatic, and beautiful. I love the way they make my house smell, and feel.

I love Partylite!!  My friend's wife sent a catalog with him to work a few years ago and I became the b-i-g-g-e-s-t fan!!  She had a few shows, and I tried to stock up then.  Three of my friends have become consultants in the past 3 months, and our circle of friends have been helpin keep their businesses afloat.  I now have a plastic 3-drawer rolling container packed with boxes of candles, and holders and decorative items are everywhere.

I love PartyLite candles so much I decided to sell them just to pay for my candle burning habit. Not only do I get my candles paid for now, I pay the phone bill, I pay for my husband and I to go out on nice dates, I buy new clothes, shoes, etc. I honestly wasn't sure what I was getting myself into but am glad I did. I attended one of the party lite parties while I wasn out of town guest of a friend. The hostess, whom I forgot her name, was a brassy woman from Williamstown NJ. I decided to order several items that came to a total of around $45. After tax, shipping, etc.. my total was $60 - a ripoff. I then had to pay 10% s/h fee for my items to be shipped to the hostess house - which is 3 hours away from my home since I was visiting! Pretty much this woman was pocketing the shipping costs and being lazy and having everything sent to this woman's house. I requested my items to be sent, since I paid for shipping,...

Partylite candles smell great, burn long and clean and are worth the extra you pay for them. I have tried many candles and nothing really compares.

The problem is with the other stuff they sell. It is junk for the most part. If it is not junk it costs twice as much as it should.

I would not host a party it is not worth it me. I don't think I would go to a party. I would contact the rep I used to work with and buy direct. I would tell her to add my order to her next show and that I am not in rush. They have a minimum "show order" of $100 I believe.

Consultants tend to be pushy and I don't like that....
