My 3rd visit to Las Vegas. Previously stayed at the Luxor and Flamingo. Prefer the central location on the strip of the Paris and Flamingo. Paris was newer than Flamingo. Enjoyed the architecture.
The buffet was wonderful. I usually don't get my money's worth from a buffet but I did on this one. The desserts were excellent and plentiful. If you like fresh seafood, the salad bar has a lot to offer. Food is cooked in small quantities right at the stations so it is fresh. Food is arranged by regions of France.
Rooms were average in terms of decor but comfortable and clean. They didn't have my requested room type (non-smoking, king) so I had to pay a daily charge to upgrade (better view) to get that room type. Other than upcharge, price was very reasonable but was part of a conference rate.
