Paris Las Vegas - Las Vegas, NV Review

When I visit Vegas, I always make a stop in Paris. While I have not stayed at the hotel overnight as a guest, I have spent a lot of time there as a general patron and spectator. I always swing in on my trips!

Rumor has it that the rooms are very "average" with middle of the road decor. I have checked into prices a few times, and the rooms at Paris are very reasonable for Vegas, so I wouldnt expect to be blown away by the rooms-- it is all expectations! FYI- take a look at online photos... it pretty much proves the point.

While the rooms themselves may not be great, I would expect to be blown away with the uniqueness and quaintness of the hotel. For me, it is a sweet spot in Vegas. It is on the smaller side of hotels and very manageable. If you are looking for large, gaudy, "Vegas", then Paris is not for you. But, if you are looking for a touch of class, or a real Paris feel, you may really like it. Also, did I mention that it is in an awesome location? It is centrally located on the strip across from the Bellagio. And, the exterior is simply amazing. The reconstruction of the Eiffel Tower and the large hot air balloon are awesome. 

I also have to admit that I am very partial to the decor of Paris. There are cobblestone streets, Parisian storefronts and, a "sky" ceiling, impressionistic carpeting, etc. The main areas of the hotel are done well.

They also have great little pastry shops and a pretty decent buffet. I have dined at Moni Ami Gabi several times which is a great place to sit outside, have a drink and watch the Bellagio water ballet.

Overall, Paris is a good option if you are looking to do Vegas a little cheaper, but with a touch of class and 'art'. Just dont expect a lot from your rooms. You are buying location and the common areas.
