Pretty Good if Necessary

Most toddlers and older babies do not still need formula for supplementation to their diet. But if extra supplementation through formula actually is needed, then this is a quality product at a low price. It can provide the needed nutrition at a relatively low cost, especially when compared to the name-brand equivalent alternatives that can cost nearly twice as much as this product. So if this type of product is necessary, I would recommend this one highly over the other alternatives that are currently on the market. Easily Digested This formula is easy for babies to digest. We have not seen any problems with digestion or stomach issues through the use of this product. Ease of Preparation This formula is extremely easy to mix with water in a bottle. It can also be added to cereal and mixed in, giving extra nutrition without needing to eat from a bottle. All in all, it is a very easy product to use.

Best Toddler Formula For The Price

5

I started off buying the expensive name brand Enfagrow and Similac Go & Grow and give those products a great score but this is a cheaper alternative that I feel completely comfortable giving my daughters while saving money. I compared products and Parents Choice Toddler Formula has DHA & ARA, calcium, prebiotic, as do the name brands. My daughter actually prefers the parents choice taste over the vanilla flavored enfagrow. I give this to my girls along with whole milk, whichever I have on hand at the time. I feel like this is a much healthier option if you have a picky eater as I do. It's easily digested and I have no issues with their bowel movements. They do better on this than cows milk alone. It's easy to keep on hand if I need to go out I just bring water along with me and mix. I didn't use formula for an extended time with my 13 year old, she switched right away to whole milk, but she didn't have any issues with nutrients, and low weight as my middle daughter, age 2, was dealing with. Since I've used this product she has gained weight and her iron level is normal. We didn't have those results when she was just drinking cows milk. So I recommend this to those who are having eating issues and if you as a parent want to save money and feel reassured that your child is getting the nutrients they need. Easily Digested No digestive issues. Ease of Preparation Only issue is that this formula clumps a little so make sure you shake well.

Just as good as name brands but better price!

I bought Enfamil Enfagrow Older Toddler drink when I had coupons available to help with the cost and used Parent's Choice Toddler and Older Infant powder when I didn't have a coupon. The parents choice brand is so much cheaper for practically the same thing! I always had to keep a can of toddler formua around incase of whole milk running out and not being able make it to the store. My daughter didn't really notice the difference at first. After a while she started not liking this because it smelled amd tasted like baby formula which she didn't like so I had to stop purchasing this and go with the more expensive stuff when I could afford it. Overall, this is a great product for those of you looking to transition to whole milk or needing it around just in case or for traveling easier but I would like to see it in flavored (milk or vanilla flavored) or at least a little less resembling infant formula taste and smell. Easily Digested My daughter digested it about the same as she digested their infant formula. Ease of Preparation Scoop amd mix with water, fairly simple.

Parent's Choice Stage 2 Older Infants Toddler Formula is GREAT!

5

We hesitantly started using this for our child, not sure if it would be as good as the Enfamil comparable one that we were previously using, but were very surprised at it's high quality.  Our child did not even seem to notice the transition at all.  Our baby seems to really enjoy the flavor.  I feel good knowing that our picky eater is getting more nutrients than she would be getting drinking plain milk alone.  It is very convenient to take along in the baby bag, as it does not require refrigeration until you mix it with water.  I just pour the measured amount in the powdered formula container, bring bottles with (bottled) water in them and mix the two together whenever I need to give the baby a bottle.  It's pretty easy...and I feel better knowing that my baby is getting the extra nutrients that are in this formula.  I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a picky eater and would like to get extra nutrients into their child.  I would also recommend this to be used with children with no feeding issues.

Parent's Choice Stage 2 Formula is wonderful and inexpensive

Parent's choice Stage 2 formula is just as good as enfamil or similac. My daughter had problems with similac, and enfamil was so expensive that we tried this. She had no problems with it. It seemed to be the same formula as enfamil, but much cheaper. I was let go of my job when i was pregnant and due to being pregnant could not find another job. Because of this we were on a strict budget with everything, so we needed something cheaper to feed her. This was a great formula to transition to when she hit about 9 months, then when she was around a year she had no problem transitioning right to milk. I had no problem with gassyness, constipation or spitting up with this formula, that I had with similac. I could also switch to enfamil if I needed to, and back and she had no side effects from it. This is a great product for those watching thier pennies, or not. It works just as well as pricey formulas, and had no side effects that other formulas seemed to have.

Great for the transition from formula to milk

My daughter did not do well with the transition from formula to milk. It was really hard on her system and caused us a lot of grief. The Parent's Choice Stage 2 formula was what helped us make it through the transition. The number one factor in making this formula so important to us was price. The stage two formulas available are so expensive and Parent's Choice was half the price. That alone made at least trying it totally worth it. Second, it lasted us a long time because she only got about 8 ounces of it a night. It helped her get the nutrition she needed while she was figuring out the milk transition and it helped give her just enough nutrition so that she would continue to sleep through the night and not wake up hungry. With this economy, we couldn't have afforded the other option to try Similac or Enfamil or Good Start's toddler formula. Parent's Choice made it possible. Do I think all toddlers need stage two formula? Not at all. It's really not necessary for kids after 1 year old. BUT if you are struggling with getting your kid proper nutrition, then, yes, I would say this is a must buy! At least to try it!
