When my ped told us that all formulas were the same, we decided to try Parent's Choice.  We used it with our first child for a year and we are using it again with our second child.  We have had no problems with this formula.  On Parent's Choice's website, they have a calculator to show you how much... review »

I have been using Parent's Choice Milk Based formula for a few months.  I have noticed recently though that I have been finding brown to dark brown chunks in the formula and the formula is inconsistent from can to can.  Sometimes the formula is lighter is color and more sticky and sometimes it is... review »

With three children you can bet our budget is tight. I wanted to give my baby the best, but not big bucks. Picking out baby formula was a daunting task. There was all the high-priced small cans that all claimed to "be the best for your baby!" I decided to try a can of Parent's Choice Milk Based formula. The can was twice the size and half the price. The formula was above and beyond my expectations. My son loved it from the start. In fact, after drinking Parent's Choice for a week, he had no interest in touching the more expensive formula. He showed a clear preference for the Parent's Choice formula....

With my first child, we went through all the big name formulas.  HE had colic and cried no matter what we gave him, until we discovered Parent's Choice.  We continued to use it with all of our other children as well.  You can't beat the value and if you read the label, your will see that the nutrient levels are as high, if not higher, than the other leading brands.  This formula actually mixes/dissolved faster, smells better, and my babies have liked it better than others.  Save $10 a can and buy this product!

Exactly the same ingredients as Enfamil Lipil. And it doesn't foam when you shake it up to mix the powder. With my first child i payed for the best of everything. Nothing was too good for my baby. Even though my pediatrician reccomended generic formula to save money since we don't qualifiy for WIC.  Well the second time around I did some research on infant formula's and learned that the company that makes store brand formula's gets their ingredients from the same supplier as all the other big named infant companies. I also learned that some of the name brand companies have been sued by the company...

After breastfeeding my daughter for three months, my husband and I were very careful when choosing a formula.  We started out with the pricey top of the line name brands.  While at Walmart, I compared the can of the name brand that I usually purchased, to the Parent's Choice brand.  To my surprise they were exactly the same, and Parent's Choice was 1/2 the price.  I immediately went home and did some research on-line.  We've been using Parent's Choice for over a month now and we absolutelylove it!  My daughter is not spitting up nearly as much either.  We've never experienced any of the concerns...

I have three kids, with my first I bought nothing but similac formula and spend alot of money, becuase I thought the higher the price the better the product, second child, her doctor recomended me to use parent's choice, she said that all the formulas were the same and the only difference was the name and price.  I took her advise and my daughter loved it.  With my third child we used it but he needed a formula to prevent frequent throw ups, so for a few months we used name brand that was for his symptoms, as soon as he began to eat solids doctor ok'd for us to switch back to the parent's choice. ... review »

I started using Parents choice formula with my first child. I was/am on a very tight budget and the price at wal-mart was just right. I tried just about every kind of formula and would use every sample that I was sent. I noticed that the PC formula didn't produce the foam in the bottle that say Similac did. I did once email PC and told them how much I loved their product and they sent me some coupons. I think that was the first time I ever saw coupons for PC. If I had another baby I would use PC again.

Since giving birth to my son in March 2008 I've come up with every way possible to save money on baby expenses. One way being that I buy Parent's Choice (or other store brand) formula. I'm a new mom and decided I wanted to know a little more about the company that provides these formulas. Upon some thorough research I have learned that PBM Nutritionals is the leading manufacturer of all store brand infant formulas. Among them being: Wal-Mart, Target, Sam's Club, KMart, and Walgreen's. (I'm sure they provide to other stores as well but these are the five main stores in my area). Also, the company... review »

I used Parent's Choice Infant Formula with Iron Milk Based for all three of my children.  If you compare it to Similac it is very similar nutrition wise. I had no problems with weight gain or being undernourished.  You can not beat the price of this formula compared to the "Name Brands" that are out there.  I would reccomend this formula to all mothers.  There really is no need for expensive formulas, and if you child needs special formula, parents choice has many to choose from, including soy.  I really don't know why anyone would spend more money on a name brand, especially in this economy....

Parent's Choice baby formula was used with all three of my children from birth up until they were a year old.  It would not upset their stomachs, did not make them gassy, and was very affordable.  I'm not sure if Wal-Mart even sells it any more but they should continue to sell it because it was used quite often in my household and I loved it for over three years.  Sometimes they would clearance out certain cans of it and the cost would go down dramatically which made it very affordable for a single teenage mother of three to buy it on a very small paycheck.  They also have different choices...

I have three children, ages 10,2, and 9 months. With my first two children I used the Similac brand formula and it was O.K. By the time I had my third the economy was doing bad and I had lost my job, so we were trying to cut back our expenses. So I think ok I will try to breastfeed with this one. I had attempted to breastfeed with my second child, but things went horribly wrong. He was premature and had not learned how to suck and while waiting my milk supply dried up very quickly. So now here we go again....my third child was right on time and lactched on well the first time, but lets face it...

Parent's Choice infant formula is so wonderful on my son's stomach. When he was born he would not breastfeed so I had to switch to Enfamil & that just made him so constipated & he threw up constantly. Then I tried Similac & we had the same results as with the Enfamil. So, I started to use the formula that my mother used on me & my siblings & what my grandmother used on my mother & her siblings; evaporated milk, water & light karo syrup. Let me tell you, my son loved it & he did not spit up & he was not constipated any more. The only problem is that when he turned about 4 1/2 or 5 months old the... review »

We have two boys and with my first son, we wanted nothing but Enfamil.  Night 3 home from the hospital my little guy was screaming in pain from all the gas.  So, we switched to Similac.  Guess what?  Same thing.  So, off to Carnation formula we went.  Nope, no change.  As a last resort, we tried Parent's Choice and to our delight, we had the best luck with this brand!  My little guy was finally on a formula that he could drink without all the constant gas pains.  My hubby and I were very reluctant at first.  After all, this was our first child and you demand the best.  After talking... review »

I have three children, three and under, and all of them have had formula at some point. I have used several kinds of formula in the past, some of which were twice as much as Parent's choice, and since changing brands I haven't had any problems. This formula meets all of the required standards for formula and it is much cheaper than any other brand I've seen.

The only difference I've noticed at all is that the consistancy of the powder is a little thicker than other brands I have tried, which makes it slightly harder to mix with water. But it has never been a big problem for me.

My baby who currently...
