Most HelpfulThe PC Gentle Formula is so great. I am so thankful I found it. My son was breastfed until 9 months and then I put him on formula, I tried a couple of different kinds but everything made him have terrible gas pain and burp a lot and spit up. But Parent's Choice Gentle Formula dissolves great, easy...

Most HelpfulI have a two year old daughter and a 5 week old son. When my daughter was on formula we tried all the samples of all the brands from the hospital and that were mailed to us and she did great with Enfamil Lipil. I never asked my pediatrician what was "best" I just told her that was what she was on and she asked about burping, gas, spitting up, and with my daughter i had no problems with any of the above so she never suggested a different formula. Well with my son I breastfed for the first two weeks but at two weeks I started supplementing with formula for medical reasons and by 4 weeks was completely...
review »I LOVE THIS FORMULA! We've been through the wringer searching for a formula that would agree with my son's sensitive tummy. The regular milk-based formulas were too harsh, causing him gas and cramping (not to mention lots of crying), but the soy formulas (which helped with the gas and cramping) caused him to be completely constipated, plus he didn't like the taste of the soy formulas. After going through 5 other types of formula, we finally tried Parent's Choice Gentle, which he immediately gobbled up. He never made faces at the taste and it relieved his constipation without causing him any of...
review »My son was exclusively breastfed until he was 6 months old. He had developed colic once we started to introduce him to formula. We then started the weeding out process of different formulas.
Our initial thought was, "nothing is too good for my baby boy". That was all great up until about the 4th week. 1 canister every 5-7 days? You have GOT to be kidding me? Since he was colicy, we had to test different formulas. It was expensive, but what other option did we have.
At my wit's end and eyes crossing while comparing the different brands of formula, I bit the bullet and took home the...
review »We have used both similac advance and Parent's Choice with Iron (Gentle). With our 1st two it was Similac and Isomil. Finally, it occured to us that it was a waste of money to shell out 8-10 bucks a container more for a brand name. Our 3rd and 5th children became constipated quickly and never did get over it, they needed additional water or Karo syrup to keep things "flowing". Our 4th child has no issue switching formula's.
I was pretty excited about the savings since the quality seemed to be the same. Once I put the labels side by side, I realized that corn syrup solids (sugar) is...
review »I have been through a whole bunch of Infant Formula, and like we all know Formula and diapers is such a BIG expense with babies, for my son born in July of 2007 we started using the Parents choice Infant Formula Gentle, sold only at walmart. I can't say enough good things about this formula, first off the price is right, a 24 oz can is only $14.99, the ingredients content the DHA-ARA are all the same as you would find in your name brand Enfamil, my son use to do alot of spitting up with Enfamil and Isomil, since he has been on this formula he never and I mean never ever spits up, I can't...
review »When my third son was born I was not able to breast feed him. So the hospital gave him Similac baby formula. They informed me it was the closest formula to breast milk on the market. On my first trip to Walmart to get the baby formula I realized their was 5 or 6 different brands of formula. All stated they were the best formula for the baby, they all claim to have all the vitamins a baby needs. So I took a seat on the floor and started to compare the different brands. I came across Parent's Choice. It had all the same ingredients as Similac and was $10.00 cheaper. So I went ahead and brought the...
review »Parent's Choice Gentle formula has been great! Our daughter (10 weeks now) has a sensitive little tummy and would always get a lot of gas with the regular milk based formulas. Since we have switched her to the gentle formula she seems happier after feedings and has a lot less gas and spit up! I love that we can purchase this formula at Wal-Mart with our other weekly groceries and for a lot less than the other leading formulas that we had tried with our daughter. It is a great deal - even cost less than others when you use the coupons they send you ( And you don't have to worry about forgetting...
review »This formula is so good. My husband actually tried all the formulas we gave our daughter, even my breast milk!. And he said Parents Choice has the best flavour. Plus it has all the nutrients that our daughter needed. It is the only affordable formula, being a young mom, I cannot afford to buy Enfamil or other brand formula for my daughter. Even if you use a coupon, the price is not even close to Parents Choice, by the way, their diapers are reeeeally good and inexpensive too.
When my son, Jeffrey was first born my husband and I had him on the basic Similac Advance formula. He experienced a lot of problems like gas and fussiness. He also had a lot of problems keeping it down. He would spit-up after almost every feeding. It was also more expensive than other brands, and buying a whole container a week was really adding up. We spoke to his pediatrician and she recommended switching him to a more gentle formula. We went to our local WalMart to go formula shopping. We looked at a lot of different kinds, but then finally settled on WalMart's brand, Parent's...
