The PC Gentle Formula is so great. I am so thankful I found it. My son was breastfed until 9 months and then I put him on formula, I tried a couple of different kinds but everything made him have terrible gas pain and burp a lot and spit up. But Parent's Choice Gentle Formula dissolves great,… read full review »

We have used both similac advance and Parent's Choice with Iron (Gentle).  With our 1st two it was Similac and Isomil.  Finally, it occured to us that it was a waste of money to shell out 8-10 bucks a container more for a brand name.  Our 3rd and 5th children became constipated… read full review »

i have 3 children, all were premature and lactose intolerant. i have raised my children without the help of my exhusband, not even child support.  i tried this formula after the doctor told me about it. formula is one of the things that has to be the same to say and is regulated by fda. i tried it, half the cost of what i was using and it was great. i used this for all 3 of my children and they have been very healthy , were not sick as babies no spitting up once i switched my oldest who was 2 months premature to it.  i have recommended this to all my friends who have kids.… read full review »

I LOVE THIS FORMULA! We've been through the wringer searching for a formula that would agree with my son's sensitive tummy. The regular milk-based formulas were too harsh, causing him gas and cramping (not to mention lots of crying), but the soy formulas (which helped with the gas and cramping) caused him to be completely constipated, plus he didn't like the taste of the soy formulas. After going through 5 other types of formula, we finally tried Parent's Choice Gentle, which he immediately gobbled up. He never made faces at the taste and it relieved his constipation without causing… read full review »

My son was exclusively breastfed until he was 6 months old.  He had developed colic once we started to introduce him to formula.  We then started the weeding out process of different formulas.  — Our initial thought was, "nothing is too good for my baby boy".  That was all great up until about the 4th week.  1 canister every 5-7 days?  You have GOT to be kidding me?  Since he was colicy, we had to test different formulas.  It was expensive, but what other option did we have. — At my wit's end and eyes crossing while comparing the different… read full review »

Let's compare: Enfamil GentleEase $26, Parent's Choice Gentle $14.88 You decide which is easier on your budget. My son is the king of colic. He was exclusively breastfed for a little over 2 months. It got to the point that I was eating practically nothing just to keep his digestive system happy. That just wasn't working for anyone. I turned to friend that also had a fussy baby and asked her what she fed her child. She told me Enfamil GentleEase. I did a little research and found that Parent's Choice had an equivalent to Enfamil. At the time, we were using Nestle GoodStart and doing ok;… read full review »

Hands down, the best, most affordable brand on the market.  I love this brand.  Once I was able to move away from the name brand and venture into the "lesser" store brand world, I realized that I had been misinformed.  I stood in Walmart with a can of Enfamil, Similac, and Parent's Choice and compared every ingredient.  THEY ARE THE SAME!  I'm a new mom so I have researched products till my eyeballs bulge.  I assumed a name brand was "better" but its the same.  Well, not completely, the Parent's Choice is HALF the price.  It dissolves just as easily,… read full review »

I absolutely love this formula. I used in 4 years ago with my first son, and am using it again with my newborn. It is "compared" to Similac but I really think it is the same formula with a different label. Why would you pay almost twice as much for a "brand" name when this is the same stuff. In the hospital with both of my children I fed them the Similac that they provided. Both of my kids spit up horribly with it. When we got home I immediately gave them Parent's Choice and the spitting up almost stopped right away. I will recommend this to everyone. —… read full review »

I began by using the expensive brands until my pediatrician mentioned the Wla MArt brand was the exact same ingredients and I looked and sure enough. It's the exact same. My daughter never seemed to notice the difference in taste or anything. It was just as nutritious and just as easy to make. It was half the price and it was a lrger container. It was also much more conveniently in stock. We used to buy two Enfamil versus one large PArents Choice. I have stopped parents in Wal MArt to tell them about the amazing bargain in fhem.ront of… read full review »

I was using the Enfamil Gentlease formula for a long time when I decided to give the Parent's Choice brand a try.  My son couldn't tell any difference whatsoever, and I haven't noticed any more gas/fussiness than when he was using the Enfamil formula.  The only difference is the appearance of the formula -- the Parent's Choice brand is a little thicker in texture and a little yellower in color.  Other than that, both formulas are the same, but Parent's Choice is half the… read full review »

This formula is so good. My husband actually tried all the formulas we gave our daughter, even my breast milk!. And he said Parents Choice has the best flavour. Plus it has all the nutrients that our daughter needed. It is the only affordable formula, being a young mom, I cannot afford to buy Enfamil or other brand formula for my daughter. Even if you use a coupon, the price is not even close to Parents Choice, by the way, their diapers are reeeeally good and inexpensive too. —… read full review »

I used this formula through my daughters whole infancy.  It was so much cheaper than the name brand formulas and her pediatrician told me it has all the essential nutrients she needs just like any of the pricey formulas.  Although my daughter is never very picky when it comes to food, she drank this with ease and was less gassy and fussy in the end.  I would tell any parent on a budget that Parents Choice formula is the way to… read full review »

i've read that the ingredients in name-brand formula and parent's choice have been compared and they're actually the same thing. if you buy the expensive stuff you're pretty much paying for the name. my sister in law's baby had problems with gas and stuff and she was on the expensive formula. when she was switched to parent's choice, the baby did much better. personally, i used the organic parent's choice...i like… read full review »

When I had my second child I was not able to breast feed, ya I was sad Cause I would look at the prices of formula, but I saw this brand and it was cheaper. Well I wasnt to shure so we tried a couple out before and my daughter would not keep any formula down, so I told my self that if this didnt work then i was going to try soy. Well thank goodness it worked. It saved me a bundle in the long… read full review »

I have used Enfamil, Similac, and the Parent's Choice.  Similac is great but way too expensive.  Enfamil is horrible.  My little girl spit this stuff up everytime we tried it and not just a little, alot!!! — I found the parents choice to be very affordable and the closest to Similac Advance.  My daughter did not react any diffrent and I saved $12 per can of formula. —… read full review »
