Parents Choice Diapers (All Sizes) —

My husband bought me a pack of Parent's Choice Newborn Diapers for our 4 day old little girl.  I had never used this brand of diapers, but have used other Parent's Choice products and been pleased, so I didn't bawk when he brought them home.  As we used them I noticed a horrible rash (more looking like a burn) developing on her bum and private area.  So after 4-5 days of the redness getting worse and her screaming at every diaper change, I took her to an Urgent Care facility and the doctor determined that the rash was more of an irritation to her soft baby skin.  She suggested trying different diapers, and if that didn't help to try different wipes.  She said just change one thing at a time and see if you can figure out what the cause is.  We knew it wasn't what she was eating, she is strictly breastfed.  So that very night I put huggies on her and in the morning her bum looked 40% better, and it is getting better as the day goes on.  So my opinion is NO thank you for cheap diapers.  I will splurge in that department to keep from risking pain and injury.

we used huggies diapers from the time my 11 month ols son was born till about 3 months, ever since then we have used parents choice, one-because they are really good price, and two-because they work just as good as huggies, for us anyway, iv heard bad things but also good things See, my son has got sensitive skin, told from the doctor, he gets bruised easy and just touching his arm or so makes a red mark, used to scare me. But the parents choice are fine on him... Your daughter was probably just allergic to whatever was on the parents choice diapers, not because they are "cheap" , so for my little boy, parents choice diapers are what we used and are continuing to use for good, hopefully...YES, i recommend them to everyone with a budget. At least give them a try, couldnt hurt...
