This is a great treadmill with GREAT customer support. It does have a short walking space but it is great for me, and I am 5' 5". It is very basic but works great. I recently moved and it was damaged in the move. When I plugged it in it sparked and would not work. I called the company to see if there were any repair people in my area. They said "no" and tried to troubleshoot it over the phone. Nothing worked. THEY SENT ME A NEW TREADMILL AT NO COST TO ME. I have never had such great customer service in my life. I am not terribly strong and it folds up easily for me. Design Easy to fold up.
