Pantene Pro-V Ice Shine Shampoo Review

PANTENE iCE SHINE shampoo does not lather well.  The conditioner in it seems to overpower the shampooing effect and doesn't soften my hair the way I'd like it to.  The bottle is pretty and easy to grip  The snap open top is hard to open when hands are wet or soapy.   I have used 1/2 the bottle and will put it in the cupboard for use as a back up or take it on trips.  If I leave it in a hotel room or cruiseline bath, I won't think of going back to get it.
