Good if you live in digital area, except for camera
This was my 1st touch phone. It took me quite a while to get used to it. I did NOT like that I had to go into a menu to find camera or video in order to take a picture. It made it very hard to take on the spot pictures. I live in Extended Area. I could not do *228 to update this phone. (I bounce off a Cellcom tower). I tried using the back up wizard and it wiped my contacts out and dumped them in Verizon garbage. When I went into digital area to get them back, every number I had put in this year did not come back. If you live in digital area I would think this is a good phone. Not if your one to take pictures or video anywhere! I did not have a data package with this phone, so can not speak to how any data worked. Performance Must be in digital area for this phone to work well. Voice Quality easy to turn volume up and down. Speaker phone worked great. Battery Life I am usually home, so I have my phone on charger. Had no problems with battery life. Durability I got the hard cover case w/clip as soon as I got the phone. No problems if dropped. No buttons were accidentally pushed. I don't think I would like this phone without a case. Could see many problems without it. Ease of Use If the camera was more accessible, the camera is a great starter for touch screen users. Design Once again only complaint is camera and video are in a menu. Takes too long to get too it.
