Panera Bread has many locations. They offer healthy choices, and show that healthy food can be tasty too. Look out for the big bagels for breakfast which can equal 5-6 bread exchanges. The sandwiches and soups are filling, delicious, and healthy. You can have 1/2 sandwich, soup, and an apple or chips and be satisfied.

The popular chain Panera Bread offers a variety of fresh sandwiches, salads, soups, and baked goods. Watch out for long lines at lunch time, but try the "You pick two" deal that allows you to select a half-portion each of any two items. Menu changes periodically.
