I found Lavada by doing a search online for preventative care measures for UTIs. Both my sister and I get UTI's quite frequently and NOTHING has worked. We have both been taking 1 Lavada pill a day (I forget sometimes) for 8 months and neither of us has had a UTI since!! That is the only thing we have changed so I am convinced that Lavada is working!

I don't normally write product reviews but this is one review I had to share with other women.  If you care about your health, inside and out, this is one multivitamin you should ABSOLUTELY be taking.  It contains all of the essential vitamins and minerals we require for daily health AND additional herbs and botanicals to naturally balance feminine physiology.   Feminine health has traditionally been the area of our body we overlook or assume is naturally ok, but the fact is that we require specific nutrients for our feminine areas that we do not acquire in our diets (The way some women eat, they're lucky to get any nutrients).  What's even better, is that their ingredients have been clinically tested and proven to assist a women for overall health, head to toe.   I'm a firm believer in Lavada and that it's something every woman should be taking, no matter the age.  Nutritional nourishment is the difference between feeling eh, ok, and feeling great, all the time.  I encourage all women to try lavada.

Simply put, Lavada is exactly what every women needs.  I read an article that said the makers of Lavada don't need to advertise and now I see why.  Once I took Lavada and felt the difference of being fresh, I couldn't help but share this secret with my friends.   Now they are the ones raving about Lavada. Plus they gave away a breast cancer awareness bracelet with my order to show support for the cause.  Very admirable! Bottom line, every woman needs Lavada, especially if you're sexually active :P

I don't usually write reviews on products but I have to say that this is one product that actually works.  I've taken centrum and one a day vitamins without noticing any difference in how I felt.  Lavada is exactly how every article described it.  Small and potent with intimate health benefits where women need it most.  I recommend Lavada to all of my girlfriends not only because its a great multivitamin, but because they support breast cancer awareness research.  It's nice to see a company that actually supports these causes.

Where do I start??  I needed a multivitamin for my diet and I had already been taking some herbal remedies to regain my libido that I lost from birth control.  Oddly enough, my mother recommended Lavada to me since it is a multivitamin and is really good for women's sexual health.  It turned out to be much more then I expected.   My body feels great since I started taking Lavada and intimately, I've never been fresher down there.  My boyfriend really enjoys how fresh I am all of the time.  I had no idea what I was missing and my mother would be the one to tell me.  Haha.   The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because my sexual desire is really strong throughout most of the day.  I want my boyfriend pretty much all day long.  He's not complaining  :P
