Was a bit hesitant since I had no experience with this brand name, but was so impressed with the ease of use and the continued good times we have experienced while watching memories. We (brother, sisters and I) purchased this as a gift for our mom who was able to begin using it immediatedly and didn't feel "technically challenged" as she often does. The only negative aspect is that it was a little more expensive than the brand name products that surrounded it on the shelf. Overall, however, a very good purchase.
