they called ours a "touch" but it doesn't work like any touchscreen I've used. You have to PRESS firmly and hope that the sensor somewhere behind the screen is able to differentiate what you're pressing. Our unit was very finnicky and unresponsive upon arrival. We had to press the menu button several times to get anything up. Though we finally were able to set up a slideshow, the sequence was not at all randomly generated. We set a timer to preserve the life of the backlight display, however the thing burned out on day two. It wasn't really worth the money, from day one. We called the manufacturer to report defective merchandise covered by warranty. They had us send the box back to a plant. When I called later to follow up on replacement, was told that plant had been closed. They tried to make good on it, but what a lot of hoopla to go through to get what I paid for.

I got this on a whim, was out shopping for christmas and thought it looked neat and having money to burn got one.... after setting mine up I went back and bought 3 more to give away as christmas gifts!  Its very easy to use and you aren't stuck with just one picture as it changes like a screen saver on a computer, easy to change out the photo selections as well to keep them current!

I did a lot of research when looking for a digital frame....I saw several owned buy co-workers and friends and almost all of the other ones stretched the pictures out and chopped off heads....I came across this one and bought it as a gift for my father-in-law. I decided to pre-load it with a few pictures of the kids and I could not believe how easy it was to use.  The picture quality is great....I would recommend this to everybody!!!!!

The Pandigital 8" Digital Photo Frame produced a beautiful and vivid picture on its display. My friends and family were very impressed by the rich colors. Setting up the pictures was very easy, a simple drag and drop procedure. Also, scrolling through the pictures using the included remote control was a simple process, although the remote could be slightly unresponsive at times. We were a little disappointed by the inability to create slideshows from our computer, instead being forced to do so from the remote control, which was much more time consuming. Some of the aspects of the user interface were also a little counterintuitive. Keeping the instruction booklet around seems necessary until one fully gets the hang of it. Unfortunately for us, however, the photo frame proved defective. After only an hour of running, the pictures got completely washed out and turned nearly white. Adjusting the brightness, contrast, color, or anything else did nothing to fix the picture. I cannot recommend this to anyone because of this problem, though the device seemed promising at first.

Digital photo frames are great gifts, especially for grandparents.  When I got this gift I was very excited about having different pictures of my kids on the screen throughout the day.  While I like this idea, the frame cuts doesn't adjust the size correctly and cuts off the tops of heads.  Also, the frame keeps falling off the back base of it, like it wasn't made correctly.  I get tired of putting it back together.  Also when I put a memory stick in the side of it, it sticks right out.  I know that it comes with the wire, but if I ever get a digital frame again, I don't want a wire sticking out the back of it to run into a power source.  Doesn't look great to have a thick, black cord coming off a side table.  The picture/pixel quality seem just fine, but its hard to overlook that it cuts out too much around the picture.  However I like the size of the frame and the color of the frame as well.  But I wouldn't recommend this frame to a friend.

I love the Pandigital 8- Inch digital photo frame!! My husband bought this for me as a christmas gift and I absolutley love it!! This was the first time I have ever had a digital photo frame and I really enjoy it! It is so cool that you can just upload your pictures to it and watch them!! It is really easy to use and upload your pictures!! The only bad thing is having to replace batteries but the whole idea of sitting and getting to watch my precious family scroll across the frame is such an enjoyment!! My family loves it and everytime there over they love to watch all our pictures since I don't have the money alot of times to print pictures this is a great oppritunity to save on money also as far as to not having to print pictures you can just view them on your Pandigital digital photo frame!! My kids think its the coolest thing to sit and stare at all there silly family pictures we have up! I am so glad my husband bought me this gift and I would highly recommend this to any and everyone!!

This 8" PanDigital Photo Frame was a great gift. I now can have my pictures somewhere besides on my computer. It is so much fun to see my grand children in their captive moments. This Photo Frame comes with a remote control which you can attach to the back of the frame so you will not misplace it. Just follow the menu for easy set-up. It also has a calendar which you can use and put your pictures in top corner if you need a calendar. I have this setting on my desk which is nice. To load pictures put in a memory card with photos you have chosen off of your computer. Believe me I am a novice and it was easy by following the book. You can add music if you wish, which I have not done. There are so many features that I have not tried yet. I do recommend this frame for anyone that has not ever had a digital frame as it is easy to load pictures and that is the main thing. All the other features are just extras that are not necessary to enjoy your photos.

I bought this digital photo frame for myself, i liked it so much that I ended up buying 2 more for my parents and sister. And both my parents and sister love it too. The product has pleased my expectations. Even the physical frame itself was really pretty and I liked the available, optional frame color choices. It was just really cool looking, with a wooden outside and then a glass inlay with the actual touch-screen display in the center. Really great-looking. The picture quality is excellent and also uploading the pic is super easy. Use the USB port to plug it into your computer, then delete from there, the photos are larger and much quicker to delete. Overall, we are very pleased and I think the 8" is the perfect size, not to big, not too small. I would definately recommend to anyone who is looking for a digital photo frame and this one is better than 10'' frame as 10'' frame would stretch your pics more. All and all great buy

I got this for mom for Mother's Day and wasn't sure what to expect...or what to do with it, but it turned out to be much easier than I thought.  I found it to be quite a nice looking frame and it was very easy to figure out the instructions, not a huge book that some items come with.  Plus, an added bonus!!!  You can take the memory card out of your camera - and into the photo frame - copy pics onto the photo frame that you like, and remove the memory card, place back in your camera...and done!  Never do you have to download any software into your computer or plug it up to your computer unless you want to add more photos from your computer (which you probably will) - but it's a nice thought, huh... Anyway, I do like the frame, and you can enjoy the photos instantly and set it up for Mom without much tech-smarts which made me look smarter than I really am - giving me some kudos, too :)  And fun memories for mom of the grandkids - All for that!

I recommend this to anyone that wants a great digital photo frame. I got this for christmas. At first I was a little scared and worried at how long it would take me to figure out how to use it and download the pictures. It takes no time at all. The pictures are very good quailty. IT holds so many pictures. I have thousands of pictures that I have saved on my computer in my files. I never get them devolped and they just sit there and no one ever gets to see them. With my new Pandigital photo frame. I have lots of pictures to show off to family and friends when they come to visit. The good thing about it is you never get tired of looking at the same picture, because everytime I look at it theres a different picture showing. The photo frame even has music you can play with it. an alarm clock and you can even set it up as a calender with dates. This Digital photo frame does it all. I am so happy that my mother n law got me the pandigital photo frame! You can't go wrong with it.
