Panasonic - TH-42PX6U Flat Panel HD Television — 

The colors and clarity are superb in the Panasonic 42" Plasma.  No need to go to sports bars to watch the big game.  You won't find a better picture.  Not only can you see the field clearly but you can see the fans in the stands clearly!  It's better than being at the game!  We went to the store and compared televisions without reading reviews.  After buying this Panasonic, we found it was the highest rated at the time so it shows the lab tests and recommendations are for real.  We plan to buy another plasma HDTV and plan to get the 50" Panasonic because we're so happy with this one.  When watching a few movies, we've found the audio leaves something to be desired but that is rare.  All in all, a great product and we're thrilled with our investment.
