We have had the Panasonic 50 in. HDTV plasma for about a year now, or close to it. We use it daily to watch cartoons, news, sports, regular programming (Dish network) and movies. We have it mounted above our electric fireplace on a dual mount, not an arm, but two areas are attached to the wall. The color is amazing, there is no blurring from rapid movements like we have seen in many other lower priced televisions. You can easily watch a football game with the vivid colors and fabulous picture! Programming is a breeze. The remote has been dropped many times and still functions and looks brand new. We also have a universal remote that this tv is synced to and it works great. Volume is amazing, on tv we keep it on 8-10 and with movies we turn it up a bit, but there is a ton more we could turn it up even more. The sound without a sound system and sub-woofer is even o.k.! Doesn't sound mono-toned, we did monkey with the initial settings after mounting. The volume and power are easily accessable too and nicely put on the side of the tv as to be out of sight but able to be reached nicely if not using the remote. We love this television. Great price, great functions and no problems what-so-ever!

The U2 series of plasma tv's from Panasonic is excellent in terms of quality and price. Plasma provides brighter colors than LCD in addition to 600hz technology compared to LCD's 120 or 240. This allows for no motion blur, fast moving sports and movies to look excellent, and video games to look ultra realistic. Sound: Without external speakers, the Panasonic U2 series still sounds great. Quality is clear and volume is able to go quite loud. Picture: A variety of options allows you to tweak the picture to your satisfaction. At 1920x1080, full 1080P, the picture is amazing. Colors are vivid, black levels are dark, and fast moving sports and movies are excellent. Burn in no longer exists, allowing for video games to be played without worry. Input delay is nonexistant. Features: SD card reader, 3 HDMI inputs, 2 component, 2 composite, 1 PC, 1 coaxial, and 1 hd audio provide plenty of inputs for every device you have. The remote is easy to use and provides button shortcuts for everything needed. This tv is not only superior to anything in terms of LCD, but rivals many LEDs in terms of quality and price to size ratio. At a fraction of the cost for LCD and LED, the Panasonic U2 Plasma is excellent.

THIS T.V IS THE BEST! me and my fiance own two of this t.v because its so great! wonderful picture on it nice screen energy star ratings looks very nice and has so many featurs to this t.v it even has a memory card slot so you cant put a memory card in it and have a slide show of the photos you have took on the t.v for everyone to see large beautiful pictures without squenting to see them on a clamm camra screen and this t.v has a light bar on it so if you leave a video game on the t.v too long and the pixels freeze on your screen you can run this bar and fix your own t.v without having to sent it to a shop to be fixed then your without a t.v for a few weeks but just running this bar theres only a 5 min wait on this bar to run and you never have to send your t.v out! also theres many plugs we have many game systems set up at one time and i dont have to keep unpluging them there all plugged it so conviniont
